Return and Refund Policy

We care deeply about the health and safety of all pets, and we want to ensure that every pet and pet parent is delighted with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, as per Irish consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn by any pet, and in the original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
- The item must be free from pet hair, odours, stains, or any signs of use.

Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn or tried on by a pet. Once an item has been worn, we cannot resell it due to potential health risks (e.g., parasites, worms, bacteria, and fungi).

At PawPaw Style, we are committed to the health and safety of all pets. Returned items are safely disposed of, and we will never resell them.

Please check your pet’s measurements before ordering. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for sizing advice before your order is worn.

To start a return, please email us at info@pawpaw.ie with your order number and reason for return.

2. Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If you need a different size or style, please:
- Double-check your pet's measurements before placing your order.
- Contact us right after completing your order — we can help recommend the correct size to prevent sizing issues.


As a small, caring business, we are responsible for the health and safety of every pet. We kindly ask for your understanding in ensuring that your item is unused before trying it on.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.

If an item is returned and found to be worn, contaminated, or damaged, it will be sent back to you without a refund, as we cannot resell such items.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement, including the original shipping costs, at no extra charge.

5. Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return items, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
