Pro Tip:
Measure your pet’s chest snugly (close to the skin), then add 2–3 cm for comfort when choosing a size.
Please note: Manual measurement may result in a slight variation of 1–3 cm, which is considered normal.
Important: When selecting clothing, the chest measurement is the most critical factor. If your pet has an unusual body shape, please contact customer support for custom sizing options.
Neck: Measure around the base of your pet’s neck, where a collar would naturally rest.
Chest: Measure the widest part of your pet’s chest, typically just behind the front legs.
Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (at the shoulders) to the base of the tail while your pet is standing upright.
Washing:
We recommend hand washing for all garments, especially those with lace, embroidery, bows, or delicate trims.
Use cold or lukewarm water (below 30°C / 86°F).
Choose a mild, pet-safe or baby-safe detergent without bleach or harsh chemicals.
Gently wash—do not scrub, wring, or soak for extended periods.
For machine-washable items, place in a mesh laundry bag and use the gentle cycle with cold water.
Drying:
Air dry flat on a clean towel, reshaping the garment while damp.
Keep out of direct sunlight or high heat, which can damage fabrics and embellishments.
Avoid tumble drying, especially for layered or decorative garments.
Ironing & Steaming:
For wrinkles, use a steamer or low-heat iron with a pressing cloth.
Do not iron directly on printed designs, lace, or decorative elements.
